SERVICE COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSE TIME
Sure Shot Customer Service: Customer may contact Sure Shot regarding Covered Pest activity or other pest concerns which occur between regular service visits by calling 1-514-791-0166 Customer Service representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Call Back: Within one hour after a customer calls Sure Shot Customer Service to report a pest issue, a Sure Shot representative will call the customer back to discuss the issue and schedule a service visit to assess the situation.
On-site Assessment: If, during the callback, it is determined that an issue requires immediate attention, Sure Shot will be at the customer's facility within 24 hours to assess whether further escalation is necessary.
Emergency Services: Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Service Reports: Sure Shot provides a detailed written service report to the customer after each service visit. The report includes information on covered pest activity, product applications, equipment installation (if applicable), and any sanitation or structural concerns or recommendations. Sure Shot's service reports are recorded using an electronic documentation system that generates an on-site report. Additionally, service reports may be available electronically online or via email.
